Values

Core values are the fundamental ideals that determine our attitudes and actions. They are the basis of how we spend our time, energy, affections, talents, and money. What we are willing to live and die for reveals our true core values.

ROCK International's top two values flow from the two great commandments given by Christ to summarize the ten commandments
(Exodus 20:1-17; Matthew 22:37-40).

Our third top value comes from Christ’s great commission
(Matthew 9:35-38, Matthew 10:1-10, Matthew 28:18-20).

Value 1:

We value a passionate, intimate love relationship with our heavenly Father through faith in Christ by the Holy Spirit which enables us to:

  1. have the motivation and capacity to expand God’s glory and kingdom in the nations;
  2. be transformed into the likeness of Christ, having His heart, speaking His Words, doing His works;
  3. experience the manifest presence and supernatural power of the Holy Spirit.

Value 2:

We value exchanging the love, wisdom, and life of Christ through heart-to-heart covenant relationships within the context of natural and spiritual family. We want our love to be so authentic and attractive that unbelievers will be drawn into a relationship with their heavenly Father and become adopted into His family by placing their faith in Christ.
